Cosmos Series:

In this particular series, she is interested in how the patterns of the formation of galaxies and nebulae –echo the flows, eddies and swirlings of the turbulence found in water.   Working with images from the Hubble Space Telescope, she uses this fractal concept – the ways in which the microcosm and macrocosm inform and reflect each other – to build layers of colour and texture into rich surfaces.
